Made to the same recipe as Cornish Yarg, but wrapped with the wild garlic that proliferates in the woodland surrounding the dairy in spring. This imparts a whole new flavour to this bright, fresh, lactic-tasting cheese. As the cheese matures, the flavour of the wild garlic seeps into its core, bringing a subtle but distinctively garlicy overtone to the milky, clean-tasting cheese.
