Created nearly 30 years ago, Hereford Hop is often copied, but never equalled. Made to a Single Gloucester recipe, the cheese is coated in toasted hops and then wrapped to retain moisture. The slightly tangy, moist interior is a perfect foil for the toasted, hoppy rind. Together they make for a most pleasing bite of cheese.
