BRILLAT SAVARIN IGP AFFINE 200G x 6

This Triple-cream cow’s milk soft cheese with a bloomy white fluffy rind and a uniform ivory coloured paste. On the nose it has a mushroom and crème fraîche notes. On the palate you will discover a melting and creamy texture with slightly acidic (lactic taste) and salty flavours. It ends with delicate aromas of cream and butter.
