Washed in brine to create a characteristic orange rind and wrapped in a spruce band to hold it together as it matures, much like Vacherin Mont d’Or. Rollright is an irresistible soft cheese - impossible not to finish in one sitting. Winner of the Gold medal at British Cheese Awards 2018.
