Saint André is a triple crème cow's milk cheese produced in Coutances - in the Normandy region of northwestern France. It is enhanced with heavy cream giving it a dense, buttery and rich flavour. The rind is velvety and bloomy while the paste inside is firm ivory white.
The rind is tangy with coastal notes which perfectly complement the rich decadent centre.
Think of it as an intense version of Brie.
