Everything you need to create an amazing baked Mont d'Or platter Parisienne style - serves six to eight.

Simply bake the Mont d'Or in an oven at 180c for ten minuets with the rosemary and (optionally) garlic and a splash of white wine (we prefer Chardonnay) until golden.
