A cheese based on an idea from the cows themselves, that have a taste for the wild garlic where they graze. The cheesemakers add more garlic and chives to the milk, to help nature along a delicious ‘oniony’ tang.

Smaller in stature, but with every bit as much flavour as their bigger brothers. A rich, unpasteurised cheese made from luscious Jersey milk.
