The Maison Rivoire-Jacquemin has been collecting since 1860 the «Fromages en blanc» (pressed curds of Comté) all over the territory of the Jura massif to refine them in its cellars. The Chefs of the caves then keep track of the evolution of each individual wheel and tailor the temperature and humidity of their cellar to bring out the best in each Comté. This traditional know-how makes it possible to make each origin and each season a new discovery to the senses and savor all the richness of flavors offered by this Terroir.
